Bold Red Beverly Hills Hotel Bar Mitzvah

This Beverly Hills Hotel Bar Mitzvah was completely filled with bold, red blooms and jaw-dropping decor from head to toe.  The combination of red, silver and black creates an amazingly festive celebration, from the silver chairs and mirrored tabletops to the red Tulips, Roses, Lisianthus and Callas covering each tabletop. Bold, red uplighting completely transformed the iconic Crystal Ballroom while a floating sea of roses hovered over the dance floor creating a canopy for guests to dance under.

Every detail was attended to, our host even provided personalized selfie sticks as favors for guests to record the evening. Thank you Behzad Bekrad for the beautiful photos!

A Floral-Filled Beverly Wilshire Bat Mitzvah

This floral-filled Beverly Wilshire Bat Mitzvah was covered in top to bottom with beautiful, spring-colored blooms. Guests dined at mirrored tables sitting on pink carpet – our guest of honor’s favorite color.  The tables and decor, along with the white Dior Chairs from Palace Party Rentals, gave the room an elegant look and feel.

The star of the evening took center stage at a white concert piano under a suspended chandelier of Wisteria, Phaleonopsis Orchids and Roses, designed by LA Premier.  This garden of florals was later lowered and used for the family candlelight ceremony.  Keeping the music theme going, dinner menu’s were printed on a record for each guests and tables were named after her favorite musical artists.

IEC - Love Luxe Life - Polo Baby Shower

The guest-­of­-honor was dying to have a party that would give her a reason to wear a formal British fascinator to, so International Event Company created the perfect soiree. This polo­-inspired baby shower celebrated her love for English culture, culminating in an afternoon Tea & Polo Match to celebrate her Birthday and Baby Shower.

Since the Guest of Honor was expecting a baby boy, guests entered through lush arches of blue and white flowers to be greeted by a traditional English Maypole with costumed dancers. Before reaching the tent, they stopped to design their own fascinator to wear during the party. Other activities included a onesie decorating station, flower crown station, and a variety of classical British games including croquet, darts, chess and backgammon.

The menu was an elaborate display of English fare including tea sandwiches and scones as well as decadent desserts and a ruffled, blue ombre cake with a sleeping baby resting on top. Each place setting featured a miniature version of the same cake as well as bassinets made of chocolate and filled with blue and white candy.

Revelry Event Design gave the décor a modern look in shades of blue and white, with lounge furniture making up the first tier of the tent. The upper level had a row of wooden tables, white lacquer chairs and vintage china. The florals by Mark’s Garden took your breath away ­ and were a collection of delphiniums, roses, hydrangeas and hyacinth artfully arranged and accented with rose chandeliers hanging from the tent and table centerpieces. A wall of hedging and white lattice interspersed with topiaries and floral walls completed the backdrop of the room.

Guests enjoyed specialty cocktails in custom designed glasses accented with pacifiers as they watched the Polo Match between teams USA vs. The Rest of the World. After guests had stomped the divots, they returned to see the USA clench the win as they enjoyed the perfect afternoon.

A “Hollywood Style” Pre-Wedding Celebration

Lights, camera, action! Our couple out on this pre-wedding “Hollywood style” celebration for their family and out of town guests prior to their special day.  Guests entered the Greystone Manor under strands of hanging crystals and bouquets of beautiful red roses by Mark’s Garden. Furniture vignettes with crystal cocktail tables along with multiple, tiered levels created an exclusive club-like atmosphere overlooking the dance floor.  To top off this Hollywood Style reception,  every prepared drink was served from a mahogany bar with crystal vases of bold, red roses.

Images by Lighting  added lighting designs that created an intimate and energetic night club experience for guests as they danced the night away under these spectacular crystal chandeliers by Revelry Event Designers.

Romantic Beverly Hills Hotel Wedding

We always love a romantic Beverly Hills Hotel wedding! The Crystal Garden makes the perfect setting for a beautiful ceremony – the iron gate makes for the most elegant entrance as our bride makes her way to her groom under a floral-filled arch designed by Beverly Blossom.

After I do, guests made their way to the reception and found their seats via a magnificent floral escort card table, complete with a floral tree and hanging crystals.  The room was filled with beautiful, garden-themed centerpieces by Beverly Blossom.  Each centerpiece was filled with anemones, ranunculus, hydrangeas, calla lilies and roses and sat atop chandelier and mirrored tables by Palace Party Rentals.   We added a whimsical, rose backdrop – the focal point of the reception as guests danced the night away.

White and Gold St. Regis Monarch Beach Wedding

This St. Regis Monarch Beach wedding was full of white blooms and gold details. Mark’s Garden filled the ceremony site with beautiful vines of roses wrapped around columns while the ocean created a stunning backdrop for our bride and groom to exchange their vows.  Revelry Event Designers added their gorgeous Rose gold Washington tables & Chandelier tables to to the reception, both covered in centerpieces full of Phaleonopsis orchids and candles by Mark’s Garden to create a romantic yet electric ballroom.
